- Sales Executive / Account ManagerSales
Sales Engineer Job Description / Key Responsibilities: Sell and present network infrastructure solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, structured cabling, and data center solutions. Promote Cloud services such as IaaS, SaaS, Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and Hybrid Cloud, as well as AI solutions for enterprise customers. Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, startup, and government sectors. Continuously update knowledge of emerging technologies, particularly AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning. Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company. Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales and Solution Architect teams to develop suitable solutions for customers. Analyze customer requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and other relevant sales documents. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing and expanding the new customer base.
- Network Engineer (Network & Security)Engineer
Key Responsibilities - Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure using networking and network security solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Huawei, Palo Alto Networks, and Fortinet. - Install and configure Core, Distribution, and Access Layer networks, as well as firewall systems. - Manage firewalls, VPNs, NAT, and overall network security. - Perform system migrations and upgrades while minimizing disruption to business operations and services. - Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support. - Troubleshoot complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. - Collaborate closely with the Support and Project Management teams. - Prepare system design documents and configuration guides. - Stay up to date with emerging technologies and cybersecurity trends to continuously improve network systems. - Prepare installation documents, network diagrams, and project handover reports in compliance with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. - Continuously develop technical knowledge and obtain relevant vendor certifications.
